In this first edition, we highlight the Kick-Off Meeting held on 3–4 November 2025 in Tallinn, hosted by the Coordinator VAAL Airships, where all nine partners aligned on the work plan, administration, dissemination and communication activities, and structured the project’s Ethics and Security aspects. We also share key initial decisions, including next plenary planning and steps towards project web hosting and the administrative workbook supporting workflow and reporting.
