NAVISENSE-X Test Week Successfully Completed in Athens

The NAVISENSE-X test week took place in Athens, Greece, from 6 to 10 July 2026, bringing together the consortium’s technical teams for an important series of integration, validation, and field testing activities.
The activities started at UcanDrones’ premises, where the teams worked on laboratory preparation, technical coordination, and system integration. The work then moved to the aerodrome, where hands-on integration, operational validation, and live test flights were conducted in realistic conditions.

This test week marks an important step in the NAVISENSE-X project’s transition from laboratory preparation and technical development towards real-world operational testing and field validation.
Through close collaboration between the consortium partners, the activities in Athens supported the alignment of technologies, equipment, procedures, and teams ahead of the next phases of the project.

SKYLD is proud to support the NAVISENSE-X consortium in advancing secure navigation capabilities for challenging, GNSS-denied, and contested environments.
